There was a moment (when I caught the lurgy) when there was a heaviness pushing down on my forehead & cheeks.
There was also occasional moments when I felt a wave travel up into my whole head, causing it to tingle & my ears to momentarily sound as those I was underwater
There was a moment (when I stood up quickly after drinking a few glasses of wine) that I had the sensation of all my body’s energy flowing to up into my chest , hovering for a few seconds & then filling up my head in a wave, making my eyes feel like they were rolling back in my head.
The sensation then became like exploding candy in my brain
There was a moment (when I was holding the plank position whilst at the gym) when I had a little tight knot at the top of my stomach. This knot engulfed more and more of my stomach & as it did so, a heating sensation began to ripple down through my muscles.
The tightness & heating sensations became so strong that I could not get my mind to focus on anything other than them.
There was a moment today (when I got into bed after a long day) when i had the sensation of weights lying on top of my body & legs & slowly sinking down through me, increasing in weight, until they eventually settled underneath me
There was a moment today (when I heard my favourite Christmas song on the radio for the first time this year) that I had a tingle in my toes which travelled up my legs & body & settled as a warm glow in my chest
There was a moment (when I took the plunge & posted on Facebook asking for guinea pigs for my new business venture) when I felt a tightness at the top of my stomach
There was a moment today (when I saw my parents for the first time in a month) that I felt a warm, simmering feeling in my chest
