Ants under my skin
There was a moment (well lots of them in the last few weeks, but this one was yesterday morning) when it felt like I had ants under the skin on both my shins and I just wanted to scratch the skin off to let them out. -
My heart is racing and I feel tension throughout my body
There was a moment (while working on my laptop, but with an action film in the background) that I felt my heart racing and tension throughout my entire body.
It was only then that I looked up to see (and hear) what was going on in the film. Action, explosions, tension on the screen and in the music.
It had all taken me over without me even noticing.

Head rush
There was a moment (when I stood up quickly after drinking a few glasses of wine) that I had the sensation of all my body’s energy flowing to up into my chest , hovering for a few seconds & then filling up my head in a wave, making my eyes feel like they were rolling back in my head.
The sensation then became like exploding candy in my brain

Pulling my eye out
There was a moment (when I had probably been on my laptop for too long working on SLP) that it felt like someone was trying to pull my right eye out.
(Time to go do something else for a bit)

A smooth swirling warmth
There was a moment (when I completed doing something on my own that I though I needed help with) that I felt a smooth swirling warmth flow through my torso. -
The creeping cold of morning
There was a moment (when I woke up and disturbed the covers for the first time) that I felt a cold crispness creep over my feet and up my legs.

Buzzing feet
For some time now I feel that at some points in the day I feel a warm buzzing feeling in the soles of my feet.

My chocolate cupcakes
There was a moment today when I successfully baked chocolate cupcakes from my own recipe that a warm pulse started from my cheeks and spread to my chest where it curled into a fuzzy ball.

There was a moment today (When I knew I could not do what I wanted, so was looking at doing something else that would be fun but involves hassle to get to) that I felt hot lava pumping through my chest
